On January 25th, Deb Covington of Emerald Isle, is having a show and sale of her work, at the Bogue Distillery on Hwy 24.
The event is the first important event by the Seaside Arts Council of Swansboro. Everyone is invited.
Deb Covington
Deb received her formal art education from Ringling School of Art in Sarasota Florida. She has received many awards over the years with her pastels and oils, while living in Greensboro and High Point NC. Deb is a member of the Pastel Society of NC, and Pastel Society of America. She has show in several galleries over the years such as York Gallery in Nashville, Chasen Gallery in Richmond, Elder Gallery in Charlotte, Ambleside Gallery in Greensboro, and currently Bev’s Fine Art in Raleigh. Deb is currently retired and living in Emerald Isle, NC but not retired from her painting, in fact she has just begun a new art school in Emerald Isle, where she will teach drawing and pastels.
