PSNC Member Kathryn Wilson is exhibiting a solo show and sale, “Pastel Reflections,” during the month of March at the Holly Springs Art Council, Avent Ferry Road in Holly Springs, NC.

There will be a reception this Friday, March 13th from 6-8 p.m.

PSNC Member, Dan Vaughan, has two new solo exhibits going on now.

PSNC member Diana L. Coidan was accepted into the Kinston Community Council for the Arts 28th Annual National Competitive Exhibition with a pastel entitled “Ducky at Turner Creek”.

Show runs from March 12 through May 2, 2009. There will be a reception at 400 North Queen Street in Kinston, NC on March 12th from 6-8pm.

“Exploring Soft Pastels”
This 6-week Wednesday afternoon class is for the student who wants to learn more about soft pastes, sanded surfaces, the importance of value, and color harmony. We will be working on landscape from photos, and still-life from life.

3-Day Workshops at The Florence Thomas Memorial Art School
