Kim Werfel will be displaying her portraits, landscapes and more at the Studio Supply in Chapel Hill for the month of July. Visit with her at the reception this Friday July 8th, 6-9pm during the artwalk at 421 W. Franklin Street, Chapel Hill, NC 27516

Above is my pastel “Waiting for Mom”, 12″ x 16″, pastel, available framed for $500. Prints will soon be available. A doe gave birth outside my back window during Memorial Day weekend and left this beautiful fawn camouflaged in the leaves. I just had to paint her!

PSNC Photo Depot

All of us have trouble finding good reference photos from time to time, so we have decided to build a repository of copyright-free images donated by our members. Anyone who wishes to participate may bring as many 5x7 or 8x10 color prints of any photo they wish to release permission to use to our monthly meetings. There will be no cost to use the photos and therefore no compensation to the photographer. By sharing in this way, we can all become better artists. We hope you'll contribute to this resource!
