Diana Coidan’s pastel of a rusted tug-boat entitled, “Victorary II” was accepted into the Halle Cultural Arts Center’s “Oxidtion-Rust” Juried Exhibition. The show runs from September 23-October 28th and there will be an Opening Reception on Friday, September 30th from 6-8pm.
