Betty Hendrix has had three of her current pastel pieces juried into upcoming exhibitions.
The first is titled “Grey Fox” which was accepted in the Southeastern Pastel Society International Exhibition. The show will be displayed at the Oglethorpe University Museum of Art – Lowry Hall, 4484 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta GA. It will hang from May through June with a reception on May 19th. Richard McKinley is the Juror of the exhibition.
She will have two pieces, titled “Carolina Marsh” and “Valley Sun” at the 2016 North Carolina Statewide Pastel Exhibition at the Museum of Art in Hickory NC. Elizabeth Mowery is the Juror for that show. The opening reception will be May 21 from 6-8:30. The show will be up until August 21.
