Hi PSNC members, it’s Jim Hallenbeck (signature member of PSNC). I will be teaching a 4 hour pastel class at the Eno Arts Mill in Hillsborough, NC on February 15 from 1pm to 5pm.
You will learn my technique of starting with a watercolor underpainting to identify shapes and values. We will then move to establishing the focal point and work from dark to light using soft pastels. You will complete a painting by class end!
Cost is $85 through the Orange County Arts Commission.
