The 2011 Annual Juried Fine Arts League of Cary (FALC) painting and sculpture exhibition at Paige Walker Art Center in Cary includes several PSNC members. The juror was Sterling Edwards. FALC’s major event of the year, open to two and three-dimensional original works of art, will be on display from June 1 to July 17 at the Halle Cultural Arts Center at 237 N. Salem Street, Apex, NC. Admission is free.   The reception and awards ceremony will be tonight, Friday, June 4 from 6- 8 pm. One-hundred and forty-four artists entered 359 pieces, and 70 works by 50 artists were were selected by the juror, Linda FitzSimons of Raleigh. PSNC Member, A. Hunter Taylor, currently has a solo exhibition of 25 paintings titled “The Tree Series” at Wake Forest University Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
