Luana Luconi Winner will be the speaker for the March PSNC program. This will be a lecture / demonstration of her pastel techniques for rich, classical portraits. More of this information is available in Luana’s new book “Painting Classic Portraits: Great Faces Step by Step” recently published by F&W Media / North Light Books.
