These two images were selected by the Mission Hospital Cultural Arts Project. They will be displayed as large giclee prints with other artists of Western North Carolina whose work was chosen. Nancy Clausen was juried into the Swannanoa Valley Fine Art League’s member’s show. Both her paintings were juried in and one of them won a third place award. The show is up to the 11th of September. Nancy Clausen was juried into the 21st Annual Juried Art Exhibit with the Blue Ridge Arts Council.  The exhibit runs from January 20th until March 1st  and is located at 111 E. Nancy Clausen was juried into the Appalachian Pastel Society’s National show at the Hayward County gallery (86 N. Main Street, Waynesville, NC).  There will be a reception for the society on Friday, November 5th from 6-9pm during the Waynesville art walk. [...]
