I am delighted to have been mentioned on radio NPR’s The State of Things, hosted by Frank Stasio, Tuesday, August 4th. James Keul, the curator of Golden Belt’s Reawakening Exhibit and fellow artist of Golden Belt Artists Group, spoke about how artists were motivated to paint during the pandemic. He talked about my painting on paint-in zoom calls, painting models virtually, and needing to think outside the box. Roxannes Lorch’s husband, Edward Lipman, 78, passed away on March 23, 2014. The 2011 Annual Juried Fine Arts League of Cary (FALC) painting and sculpture exhibition at Paige Walker Art Center in Cary includes several PSNC members. The juror was Sterling Edwards.
